Ingredients

- 2-3 oz Milk of choice Dairy, oat, almond, etc.

Instructions
Step 1 – Make Cold Brew Coffee
- Combine ½ cup coarsely ground coffee with 2 cups cold water in a jar or pitcher.
- Stir gently, cover, and refrigerate for 12–16 hours.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter. Your concentrated cold brew is ready.
Step 2 – Prepare Ginger-Honey Milk
- In a small bowl, mix grated ginger and honey until smooth.
- Add a splash of milk to create a creamy paste.
Step 3 – Assemble the Latte
